There is a BBQ grill on the balcony as well as a communal swimming pool. The apartment has a designated parking bay within the underground garage as well as 24 hour security.
405 Westridge is situated on the 4th Floor and the apartment is easily accessed by a lift. The promenade along with many surrounding restaurants are to be enjoyed, all within walking distance.
There is unlimited internet, DSTV and weekly housekeeping (every 7th day), additional cleaning by prior arrangement with the Property Manager.
